Working in Partnership Hounslow Homes works closely with many different agencies to solve problems to do with racial harassment and anti-social behaviour. Sometimes we share information to identify perpetrators i.e. the people who are comitting ASB or racial harrassment so that they can be stopped and the issue can be resolved.These agencies also help us when we need more support for victims of harassment. We also work in partnership to stop racial harassment and anti-social behaviour from happening by working with the commuinity and with young people. Some of the agencies that we work with are the Police, the Community Safety Unit, Social Services, Probation, Youth Services, youth offending services, Hounslow Race Equality Council. Community and voluntary organisations that can give you advice and support you if you need it. |
