Tenants and Estate Services

Hounslow Homes’ Housing Management services include all services provided to tenants and leaseholders and directly to estates. These services are delivered by three area teams, based in the Central, East and West area housing offices across Hounslow.

Services provided include:

tenancy and leasehold management
rent collection and recovery
sheltered housing
servicing and letting of empty properties
transfer requests from council tenants
tenant and resident participation through Neighbourhood Housing Panels and Tenants Associations
consultation on and management of major repairs and improvement to housing estates.
anti-social behaviour and race crime support service
domestic violence support service
