The new Customer Service Centre is now dealing with all housing enquiries. From 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, you can contact the Customer Service Centre with the following enquiries:

Report repairs or make an existing repair enquiry
Check your rent account, recent payments or other payment options, request a statement or to tell us you are having problems paying your rent (please have your rent account number ready when you call)
Report anti social behaviour or nuisance neighbour issues
Get information on renting a garage or reporting a repair to your garage
Ask about a tenancy matter
Report an estate problem, such as abandoned vehicle, dumped rubbish or a repair.

If you are reporting an out of hours emergency (outside the Customer Service Centre opening hours)

call 0208 583 2222.

The Customer Service Advisors will endeavour to answer your enquiry when you call, however, your enquiry may need to be passed to someone in one of our specialist teams. If this happens, we will tell you:

Which team will be handling your enquiry
the expected response time
and your reference number

Rents, Tenancy and Anti social Behaviour officers are available at each area office. You can arrive without an appointment other than where specified. Should you wish to make an appointment, please contact the Customer Service Centre on free phone 0800 085 65 75.

Open from 9am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

'Access Hounslow' staff will be able to deal with most Hounslow Homes customers' enquiries at the Civic Centre after 1 November, although specialist Hounslow Homes' staff will be providing a full reception service at the Langdale Centre.

Housing Benefit Helpline

If you are having difficulty paying your rent and are not already on housing benefit, you may be entitled to claim.
