Preventing anti-social behaviour and race crime Neighbourhood wardens are involved in preventing anti-social behaviour by patrolling designated estates. Hounslow Homes also promotes play schemes and youth activities on estates, and is involved in working with local communities and partner agencies to develop ways of preventing and stopping anti-social behaviour.
