How to report anti-social behaviour and race crime

You can report anti-social behaviour and race crime to our specialist teams through one of the following ways:

  • By calling the Customer Service Centre on 0800 085 65 75 - they will try and connect you to an ASB Officer, or will request a call back from an officer in your area
  • visit your local housing offfice - you can speak to an ASB Officer in person(and in a private interview room if you wish).
  • By letter to your local housing offfice

or you can ask someone that you trust to tell us for you. This could be a friend, family member, support worker, social worker or your local home beat officer.

We also hold drop in surgeries for you to report anti-social behaviour, racial harassment, domestic violence, get home security advice and discuss any issues or concerns you might have.
