What repairs are Hounslow Homes responsible for?

Hounslow Homes is responsible for repairing the structure and outside of buildings and the fixtures and fittings we have provided within the building (for fair wear and tear only). This includes:

Outside
Windows, steps, decorating, doors, drains, council garages, roofs and walls, refuse chutes, outside toilets, paths (if in dangerous condition), gutters and rainwater pipes, chimneys (not sweeping), and brick built store sheds we provided.

Inside
Basins/baths (fair wear and tear), floors and ceilings, walls, kitchen units, doors (unless removed by you), flushing cisterns, sinks and toilets.

Keeping in good repair and working order:
Boilers, entry phones, fireplaces, water heaters, waste pipes, communal stairs, communal TV aerials, fires, heaters and radiators provided by us, communal rotary driers provided by us, extractor fans that we have installed, gas and water pipes, lifts, sockets and light fittings, wiring, fences (but only if you have children under five and it adjoins a main road or railway if you wish to repair your fence you should consult us first).
