How to pay your service charge We want to make it easy for our leaseholders to pay their service charges, so we now offer a 24-hour payment service using the telephone service and Internet. We want payments to go to the right accounts, so please be sure to include all 14 digits in the account number for the charge you want to pay, leaving out any dashes but including zeroes. The payment methods currently available are: The Internet

By Bank Transfer
Account Name: London Borough of Hounslow Standing Order Set this up using a standing order mandate form supplied by Home Ownership or use the table details under Bank Transfer above
By Post using cheques
Please remember:
Cheques sent to: The Home Ownership Unit Payments are forwarded to the Civic Centre, so it takes longer to get the payment to your account. In Person You can: ovisit the Civic Centre Cash Office between 8.45am & 3.45pm Monday to Friday. The Cash Office accepts payments by cheque, postal order, cash, debit cards and credit cards.
Direct Debit We are currently investigating the use of the direct debit system for payment of service charges, and therefore this is not in operation at the moment. We will keep you undated on the progress of this payment option. |
