Contacting Us
Your main point of contact is the Customer Service Centre, which is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and available for all your housing and repair enquiries. If we cannot answer your query, it will be passed to one of our specialist teams, who will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours (Two working days).

An out of hours emergency service is available from 8pm to 7am, evenings, weekends and bank holidays on 020 8583 2222 for some council services and repairs (make safe only).

Online and DigiTV services
Our website is available 24/7 and you can sign up to report non emergency repairs to your home, estate or garage if you rent one from us. You'll have access to hundreds of pages of information about your tenancy, repairs, home ownership, getting involved, our latest news and links to other local services.
Our DigiTV site is available through Sky, Virgin Media, mobile phones and Nintendo Wii consoles connected to broadband. You can also download an iPhone or android app or use the app on Facebook. This is an interactive service that connects you directly with our Customer Service Centre and gives you the latest news and information from Hounslow Homes. The service is free to all tenants and leaseholders and is viewable by anyone with access from anywhere in the UK.
