The Repairs Call Centre is open from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.
If you need to report an emergency repair out of office hours, please call 020 8583 2222
To repairs.team@hounslowhomes.org.uk (please do not report emergency repairs by e-mail).
The Repairs Call Centre staff will contact you with your job reference number and an appointment. Please remember that any e-mails sent out of hours may not be responded to immediately.
If you need to report an emergency, outside normal opening times please contact the out of hours service on 020 8583 2222.
By using the Online Repairs Service
Online - apologies to all our residents, our Online Repairs Service is currently unavailable due to techinical problems. We are working on the problems and we hope to have the service up and running soon. To report all repairs please contact the Repairs Call Centre on 0800 085 6575 option 1
Through a series of images, you can select and report repairs and book appointments for the work to be carried out. The online service is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click on the link above to report a repair, or visit the Online Repairs Service page for more information.
Please do not use the Online Repairs Service to report an emergency repair.
Heating
Report all heating problems to T Brown on 0800 634 9434
If you have had a new heating system fitted in the last 12 months, please contact the Customer Service Centre on 0800 085 6575.

Gas Leaks
If you smell gas, call Transco immediately on 0800 111 999. For information about Gas energencies you can also visit the National Grid Website

Water (supply interuption or burst water mains)
Burst water mains - need to be reported to Thames Water on 0845 920 0800. Burst water mains may also affect your water mains water supply. You can check for updates on emergency works being carried out by visiting the Thames Water website.
