Contacting Us

Your main point of contact is the Customer Service Centre, which is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and available for all your housing and repair enquiries. If we cannot answer your query, it will be passed to one of our specialist teams, who will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours (2 working days).

You can also visit your local housing office in person. Information on your nearest office and opening times.
