About Hounslow Homes

From 5 January 2015, housing services for council tenants will be provided directly by Hounslow Council. Hounslow Homes, the management agent for council housing between 2002 and 2014 will be wound up formally in due course.

Our aim is to make the transition as seamless as possible for tenants. But there will be a few changes.

The most visible change will be to the phone number. Existing Hounslow Homes numbers will be phased out and tenants will be asked to dial the Council’s 020 8583 2000 number. This website will also be phased out, later in 2015 and the content will be transferred to www.hounslow.gov.uk.
