The majority of residents liked the new design of the building stating it had improved on previous designs.

At the meeting we also discussed estate improvement priorities. These include options for the public open space (Rochester Park), the small area of land near Rose Gardens, the central parking area, amenity areas and the parking forecourt in front of existing garages. Work with residents will continue to finalise details on these improvements.

Architects are currently reviewing new build plans taking into account feedback from residents. Once designs are finalised a further consultation event will be held for residents to views these plans before formally submitting a planning application to the Council.
