Edward Pauling House Bedfont

Edward Pauling House was built in the 1980’s and is located in between Feltham and Bedfont. The building is built on 3 floors and comprises of 15 bungalows, 3 of which are converted for Wheel Chair users, 25 one bedroom flats and 1 bedsit. All apartments are self-contained and have a private kitchen and bathroom.

Edward Pauling House benefits from a controlled access door entry facility, with CCTV camera. The 2 upper levels’ are serviced by a lift, and is suitable for people with Mobility problems.

All flats have the facility of an emergency alarm system that connects to the Scheme Manager during their working hours. When they are either off site or off duty this connects direct to Linkline service, ensuring assistance in an emergency. Similarly, the integrated fire alarm system, and smoke detectors in every flat, connects through this system ensuring attention immediately in a fire emergency. Edward Pauling House has a district heating system which supplies the hot water and heating to all flats and the communal areas.

Flats comprise of a well proportioned living room, bedroom with built in storage cupboard. The Bungalows have access to the kitchen through living the living room, with a door leading onto the gardens, the flats have kitchen and living room combined. The entrance hall to the flat includes access to all rooms apart from the kitchens in some properties and some flats benefit from a large storage cupboard.
