Trees

Responsibilities

If you have a tree in your front or rear garden it is your responsibility to ensure it is pruned and in a safe condition. You must ask our permission before cutting back or pruning trees.

Tree Management

The safety of the public and of property is important to us. Our contractors, Complete Tree Care, will regularly inspect the trees on our estates to make sure they are not in a dangerous condition and to identify any potential hazards. You can also help by telling us if you think a tree is in a dangerous condition. Contact us with the details of the problem and the exact location. You can e-mail to customerservicecentre@hounslowhomes.org.uk or call the Customer Service Centre direct on 0800 085 65 75
