Out of Hours Emergency Service
Operates when the Customer Service Centre is closed, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Customers can report emergency repairs by calling. 0208 583 2222
A minicom service also operates on free phone 0800 389 98 21
e-mail queries to housing.repairs@hounslowhomes.org.uk. E-mail should not be used to report emergency repairs.

'Access Hounslow' staff will be able to deal with most Hounslow Homes customers' enquiries at the Civic Centre. Specialist Hounslow Homes' staff will be providing a full reception service at the Langdale Centre.

St Catherines House - appointments Monday mornings between 10am to 1pm and Tuesday afternoons between 1pm an 4pm.
Brentford Housing Office (including Chiswick residents)- appointments Thursday mornings between 10am and 1pm and Friday mornings between 10am and 1pm.
Civic Centre - appointments on Tuesdays between 1pm and 4pm
Langdale Centre - appoointments on Thursdays between 1pm and 4pm.
