The Tenants Compact is an agreement between Hounslow Homes and the Hounslow Federation of Tenants and Residents Associations (HFTRA) and the London Borough of Hounslow. It sets out how we will improve service delivery. The current compact covers the period 2007 to 2012. A new compact is currently being produced and will be available on this site shortly.
