Are you a parent with children aged between 5 and 13 years? Fusion Sports Development Team are able to offer you a FREE family programme for children above a healthy weight. ...is a healthy lifestyle programme for 7 to 13 year olds who are above a healthy weight. It involves two 2-hour sessions every week for ten weeks.

Venue: Beavers Community Primary School. Arundel Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW4 6HR

Times: Tuesday, from 3.45-5.30pm 25/9/12 – 4/12/12 (10 weeks excluding half term)

Times: Thursday, from 5.30-7.30pm, 27/9/12 – 6/12/12 (10 weeks excluding half term)

... is a healthy lifestyle programme for 5 to 7 year olds who are above a healthy weight. It involves a 1 hour 45-minute session once a week for ten weeks. Parents and carers attend with their kids.

Venue: Osterley Sports and Athletics Centre 120 Wood Lane, Isleworth, TW7 5FF

Times: Wednesday from 3.45-5.30pm 26/9/12 – 5/12/12 (10 weeks excluding half term)
