Mystery shopping is a tool used by companies like Hounslow Homes to measure quality of service or gather specific information about products and services.
Mystery Shoppers then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences. We use mystery shopping as a way of making sure our estates are continuously improved. We train our mystery shoppers and when they go out, we support them with a member of staff until they’re fully trained and feel confident in going out on their own.
This is an unpaid role, though reasonable expenses for travel will be reimbursed.
