You can rent a garage from us if you are a tenant, leaseholder or private resident of the London Borough of Hounslow. Complete a garage rental application form to apply, or for further information contact the Customer Service Centre on 0800 085 65 75. You can also visit your local housing office to pick up a form or ask for further details.

Important information about renting a garage from Hounslow Homes:
Garages can only be used for the storage of motorised vehicles and for no other purpose.
Hounslow Homes tenants and leaseholders cannot rent a garage if they have rent/service charge arrears. Should your account go into arrears your garage will be repossessed. (you will be able to re-apply for a garage when your arrears are cleared).
Private residents applying for a garage will be asked to pay four weeks rent in advance on commencement of the garage rental, and monthly by direct debit thereafter.
Some areas are very popular and you will be added to a waiting list if there are no garages available. We can add you to more than one list if there is more than one location that is suitable.
You can report repairs to your garage to the Customer Service Centre, or by using our Online Repairs Service. You will need a PIN number and a password to raise a repair online.
