Hyde House was built in 1979 and is located very near to Hounslow High Street and the Bus Garage. The building has 40 one bedroom flats over 3 floors. There’s a lift so you can access all floors easily. All flats have an emergency alarm system, smoke detectors and heat detectors that connect to the Scheme Manager during working hours or Linkline when the manager is off duty or off site.
Every flat has a door entry handset that alerts them when someone is calling from the front door. This handset also includes CCTV for extra security. Also for added security the building itself is monitored by CCTV.
Hyde House has a communal SKY dish were tenants can subscribe to various packages if they so wish.
Flats comprise of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and walk in shower room and in the hallway there’s a good size walk in storage cupboard.
