Built in the 1980s, Boswood Court is centrally located in the heart of Hounslow and is currently happy home to over forty senior citizens
Boswood court is made up of 43 one bedroom self-contained flats, extending over three floors. The upper floors are serviced by a lift to accommodate those who cannot manage stairs. The main building is accessed by an electronic door entry system, which maintains a high level of security at all times.
Each flat contains an emergency alarm system which is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. During working hours, this call system is answered by the on-site Sheltered Scheme Manager. At all other times, the system will connect directly to the Linkline service, who will deal with the emergency immediately. Smoke detectors, which are installed in every flat, are linked to a centralised fire alarm system, ensuring prompt attention in case of fire.
Additionally, every flat is connected to the district heating service to ensure that uninterrupted hot water and heating are supplied to every resident. Residents also have the option of subscribing to Sky television as Boswood Court is fully connected to the Sky Satellite network.
Each flat boasts a good-sized living room, bedroom and bathroom. Furnishings include two large storage cupboards and a walk in wardrobe. Some flats have a level access shower.

A communal lounge area: Located on the ground floor, the lounge has a fully equipped kitchen and overlooks our beautiful gardens. It is in this lounge that we host the majority of our communal activities
- A games room: The games room on the first floor boasts a table tennis and pool table, together with sophisticated gym equipment. The games room leads in to a Sun lounge in which residents regularly take the opportunity to meet one another, chat and relax
- Laundry facilities: Residents have use of a large, fully equipped laundry room that is available at no extra cost. This houses two washing machines and two tumble dryers. An ironing board is also available.
- Hairdressing facilities: Every fortnight, a professional hairdresser is on-site to cut and style hair.

- Communal Activities: Coffee mornings, Yoga and Handicraft are but a few of the wide range of communal activities that take place regularly at Boswood Court. We also arrange prayer services, Diwali, Eid and Christmas parties as well as occasional themed dinners, catering to the diverse range of cultures and traditions of our residents.
