By using the Online Repairs Service
Through a series of images, you can select and report repairs and book appointments for the work to be carried out. The online service is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click on the link above to report a repair, or visit the Online Repairs Service page for more information.

The Hounslow Homes Customer Service Centre is open from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. If you are calling from a mobile we advise you to call 020 8583 4000. Calls will be charged at your normal networks rate, but charges are cheaper than when dialing a freephone number.

The Customer Service Centre staff will contact you with your job reference number and an appointment. Please remember that any e-mails sent out of hours may not be responded to immediately.

Water (supply interuption or burst water mains)
Burst water mains - need to be reported to Thames Water on 0845 920 0800. Burst water mains may also affect your water mains water supply. You can check for updates on emergency works being carried out by visiting the Thames Water website.
