Part of your rent includes a charge for the heating service you receive. Our properties have two types of heating:
•Individual Boilers
•Communal or District heating – where the heating is linked to a main boiler house on an estate.
When you are viewing the property, our estate manager will explain to you what type of heating the property has and how it works.
Once a year we must service the heating system in your home. This is our responsibility as your landlord and must be done for health and safety reasons.
