We want to make it easy for our leaseholders to pay their service charges, so we now offer a 24-hour payment service using the telephone service and Internet and Direct Debit payments as well as other methods to pay.
Make sure your payment goes to the right account by making sure to include all 14 digits in the account number for the charge you want to pay, leaving out any dashes but including zeroes.
The payment methods currently available are:

Click on the Online Payments link or alternatively log onto www.hounslow.gov.uk (Click on ‘online payments’ followed by ‘Internet payment facility’.)
Select ‘Service charge 14 digits’ from the drop down menu and put in the details of account numbers, amounts and your debit or credit card.Please note that a 1.4% handling charge will be applied.
Telephone Payments using debit/credit cards
Direct Debit
Leaseholders are able to pay ground rent and service charges via Direct Debit. If you pay your services charges for a full year by direct debit we will credit your account with £35 (provided you have no arrears on your account)

Please note: If you are sending cheques to the Home Ownership Unit, payments are forwarded to the Civic Centre, so there may be a delay in registering your payment against your account.
In person
You can visit the Civic Centre between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Here you can use one of the Payment Deposit Machines located in the reception area. Cheques should be made payable to the London Borough of Hounslow.
You can also make a cheque payment over the counter at any Area Housing Office. Your cheque will be sent to the Civic Centre, so there may be a delay in registering your payment against your account.
