Important Changes to Leasehold Services
From 1 June 2023 the responsibility for Leasehold Services reverted back to the London Borough of Hounslow.
This means that the Council will now be directly responsible for:
- Leaseholder Billing
- Major Works
- Consultations
- Right to Buy Services and Assignments
Hounslow Homes will retain responsibility for providing day-to-day management services as part of its tenant services operations; this will include the delivery of major works programmes, repairs, and management of the estates.
The information for leaseholders - including information on the Right To Buy - that is usually available on this site, is currently being reviewed and will be available soon on the London Borough of Hounslow website.
