Your tenancy agreement allows you to keep domestic pets under certain rules:
- You may keep a dog, whether or not you have a private garden, as long as you keep the dog under strict control
- Your dog must not be a nuisance to anyone else
- You must make sure that your pets do not foul any of the shared areas – if they do you must clean it up. You will be expected to repay any expenses paid by us if cleaning is required.
Any complaints regarding nuisance pets will be investigated – continued nuisance and disturbance means you may be in breach of your tenancy agreement and we may seek possession of your home if the problem continues.

Please note: you cannot keep a dog in any warden assisted sheltered housing or in a tower block.
