Some of the garage blocks we manage are secured with an entrance barrier. Only residents renting a garage (and Hounslow Homes staff) will be issued with a fob key for access.
When you sign up to rent a garage that is accessed by a barrier you will be issued with a fob key free of charge
There is a cost of £8 to replace lost of broken keys. Fobs for barriers sited at Estridge Close and Benson Close are electronic so will cost £40 to replace. Garage Blocks/other that have a Barrier entry are:

Customers can contact the Customer Service Centre on 0800 085 65 75 or visit their local housing office for information or to request a fob/sensor. Fobs/sensors are subject to availability and may need to be ordered in. Collection/payment is made at the Housing Office.
