Hounslow Homes employs professional witnesses to witness acts of anti-social behaviour. The evidence they gather is used to help us start legal action against perpetrators.
The professional witness also helps us identify unknown perpetrators, which is an important step in order for us to apply tenancy enforcement measures. They help support victims of anti-social behaviour and witnesses helping Hounslow Homes with legal action.
We have a person-centred approach, which means that you will be believed, your wishes will be respected and we will advise you of all the options that are available. We will offer you confidentiality and offer a same sex interviewer and/or interpreter.
We will advise you on both the action you can take as an individual and the action we can take as your landlord. If you ask us to, we can put you in touch with other organisations such as the police and voluntary organisations that can advise you on solicitors and the action they can take.
