Out of Hours Emergency Service
Operates when the Customer Service Centre is closed, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Customers can report emergency repairs by calling. 0208 583 2222
A minicom service also operates on free phone 0800 389 98 21

Situated in our Housing Receptions: - check each area office for available/opening times
St. Catherines House Feltham Open 9am till 4.30pm - Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, Friday 9am till 4.15pm.
Langdale Centre, Summerwood Road Isleworth Open Monday and Wednesday from 9am to 4.45pm and Friday from 9am to 4.30pm. This desk is closed from 1-2pm daily and no appointments are neccessary.
Brentford Housing Office, High Street, Brentford Open Thursdays from 9am to 4.45pm and Fridays from 9am to 4pm. This desk is closed between 1 and 2pm
